Our in-store returns policy varies from our online fuss-free returns policy.
What can be returned?
We will happily exchange any item you return to us within 7 days of sale. We just ask you to return garments in the condition they were given to you:
What cant be returned?
Underwear, masks, personal care products & earrings can not be returned due to health regulations.
Can I exchange for another size or colour?
Of course! As long as we have the size or colour you require in stock we can do a straight swap. Your garment must be unwashed, unworn, have no odour or marks and have the original tags attached.
When can you return it?
The item needs to be returned within 7 days for an exchange.
How do I return my order?
Bring your garment to a Weekends store for an exchange or for a credit voucher you can use the next time you shop with us.
Do you offer cash refunds?
No. We do however offer exchange credits with a 3-month expiry.
What if I have received faulty items?
If you believe your item contains a manufacturers fault, please immediately return it to a Weekends store. Please note that our staff do not have the authority to provide immediate remedy for goods returned as faulty. All goods that are returned as faulty will need to be inspected at our head office before a remedy can be offered. We will arrange to have the item repaired, replaced or, where neither of these options is appropriate, refunded. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
We will not accept faults considered due to wear and tear or due to improper washing and/or drying of a garment.
We will also not accept returns or exchanges for goods that were sold as faulty where a customer has had the opportunity to examine the goods before buying and ought to have seen any obvious fault.
