Weekends is confident that you will be happy with your purchase.
Weekends will not take responsibility for returned items not received if registered post is not used. We have 3 conditions of return for change of mind, item(s) must be returned:
- Within 7 days of the order date
- Item must be unworn, altered or washed with the original tags still attached. Once this tag has been removed, the garment is no longer returnable.
- Postage is non-refundable
Weekends reserves the right to refuse the return if these conditions are not adhered to.
HOW TO RETURN
- If you wish to return something you have purchased, contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your original order number within 7 days of receipt.
- Please send back with a traceable method of delivery to PO BOX 1208 SUBIACO WA 6904.
- We do not accept returns, credits or exchange on SALE purchases, unless the item is deemed faulty, whereby the Faulty Returns Policy will apply, or the item has a major problem, as per your consumer guarantee rights.
PRE ORDERIf the style and colour you order is stock that we currently stock then we will be able to refund.
If it is not a style that we have purchased such as a personalised colour then we will offer a you store credit.
ORDERED THE WRONG SIZE?
- Let us know right away!
- If your item does not fit, you can exchange it for another size. Once you initiate your return and select exchange, the new size will be put on hold for 14 days while you get your item back to us.
- Please note: we cannot exchange the same item in another colour. If you need to change the colour or style, please choose a refund or store credit and re-purchase your new item.
IF YOU RECEIVE FAULTY GOODS?
Please note, Weekends will only offer you a repair, exchange, credit note or refund if:
- The goods are returned within a reasonable time, being 28 days from the date of purchase
- Proof of purchase to Weekends's satisfaction is provided, in the form of the receipt or invoice
and Please note, in addition to the above requirements, Weekends will only offer you a refund if upon assessment by Weekends:
- The item is considered faulty; or
- The item is considered to hold a manufacturing fault
Please note we are unable to exchange or refund for Pins due to hygiene; unless faulty.
IF WE'RE UNABLE TO FILL YOUR ORDER
- If for any reason Weekends cannot fill your requested and purchased order we will notify you by email no later than 2 working days. We will then process a payment reversal if the transaction has been successfully processed.
Please note the following regarding returns:
- Shoes and footwear must be tried on a carpeted surface and must be returned to us with unmarked soles. Any sign of wear and tear and the return will not be accepted and will be returned to the purchaser. Footwear must be returned to us in their original and undamaged box or packaging
- Jewellery may be returned and exchanged however pierced earrings may not be returned due to health regulations
- In the interest of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are faulty.
