Waratahs are a protected species of flowering plant that grow on trees or large shrubs and are native to Tasmania, Victoria and New South Wales in Australia. The most well-known flower in the species has densely packed, bright red coloured spirals that curl in a dome at the head.

Did you know?

- The name waratah is taken from the Eora people, the original inhabitants of Sydney. It roughly translates to 'red flowering tree' and is the emblem for New South Wales

- Each waratah bloom is actually several flowers (from 10-250) resulting in a 6-15cm wide flower

- Waratahs are highly resilient to changes in habitat and can regenerate below the ground if there are any disruptions to the soil, such as from fire.

We are pleased to offer free standard post delivery for all purchases over $200. For all purchases under $200 a flat rate delivery fee of $10 per order applies.

Free express shipping is available for orders over $350. For all purchases under $350 express post is available for a flat $15 fee.

EXPRESS SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch express orders on the day of the order or the next day, dependant on time of order placed.

STANDARD SHIPPING

Orders with standard shipping will be sent within 2 business working days of receipt of order.

ORDERS IN NEW ZEALAND
We offer express post for a flat rate of $35

Once your order is booked for pickup we will send through a tracking number so you can keep an eye on where your parcel is.

SHIPPING DURING SALE PERIODS
There is no free shipping during sale periods.  During sale periods our flat rate postage fees apply.

Orders are unable to be redirected once they dispatched.

DELIVERY INSURANCE AND TRACKING

We offer shipping insurance for all orders.  Insurance is with Australia Post and will cover your parcel for loss or damage in transit and includes signature on delivery to avoid theft.  The cost for shipping insurance is calculated at 1.6% of the order cost.  We strongly recommend you choose shipping insurance.

If shipping insurance is not taken at the time of order we accept no liability for loss, damage or theft of your package.

Note:  Where the customer chooses to have the package left without a signature when it is out for delivery we will not be liable for loss due to theft or incorrect delivery.
