Special Order Policy

Special Orders allow you to place an order for an existing style we stock when your size is unavailable or you would like the garment in an alternate colour.  It also opens the door to the entire Joseph Ribkoff Essentials range and their current magazine styles, dependant on availability.

When you place a special-order you are required to pay the total amount due in full.  If we need to check stock availability with a supplier before placing your special order you will be required to pay in full over the phone or via invoice sent via email or SMS before your order will be confirmed.

Kindly note that, due to the nature of special-orders, there will be a delay between your purchase being placed and the goods being available. We can not guarantee an exact date of arrival, we can only provide an estimate based on the shipping details we have available to us from our suppliers.  You will be contacted as soon as your order has arrived.

Delivery dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur.  Delivery delays are out of our control. We do not offer refunds for unexpected delays. 

Recuts may differ in colour to the original cut as displayed on the website or in-store.  This is due to fabric sourcing where an entirely new batch of fabric has been used.  We will not be held liable for any minor variations in colour.
