Change of mind - in store purchases
Returns for change of mind in-store purchases are for store credit only.

All change of mind returns for credit must be made within three (3) days of purchase.

No in-store change of mind returns will be accepted beyond this period.

 

Sale items
We do not offer returns or exchanges for sale items unless faulty.

 

Altered items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on altered garments.

 

Faulty goods - in store purchase
If the fault is minor we will repair the item at no cost to you. 

If the fault is major we offer a refund, exchange or store credit. This is when the item:

  • has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about the fault
  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the sample or description
  • doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed

 

We do not offer refund, exchange or store credit for items sold with recognised faults at time of purchase where it is reasonable that the fault would have been noticed, eg. shop soiled, items marked as faulty.
