PRE-ORDER and SPECIAL ORDER Policy
One way Weekends offers our customers Inspired Fashion Everyday is through our Pre-Order and Special Order service. These services allow you to purchase a product that is either already coming from our supplier or is an existing style we stock that you want in a size or colour that has already sold out or was not already available in-store.
To secure a pre-order or special order you must place your order and pay in full in the same way you would to buy a product already in stock.
The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after it arrives in stock.
Demand can be very high on certain items & frequently they can sell out completely via pre-order before they physically arrive on our website or in-store.
Purchasing a special order item will ensure a product you specifically want to order is delivered in-store specifically for you.
If purchasing a pre-order on our website you will proceed through the check out as usual & make full payment. Your order will be shipped upon arrival to store. Generally the date we ship will be within a day or two either side of the date indicated on the website or in-store when your order is placed.
Important Disclosure: Re-cuts may differ in colour to the original cut as displayed on the website or in-store. This is due to fabric sourcing where an entirely new batch of fabric has been used. Even though the colour of the fabric sourced is as close as possible to the original colour shown, we will not be held liable for any minor variations.
What if the style I have special ordered is no longer available with the supplier?
In the case where an item is no longer available from our supplier you will be notified and your payment refunded in full using the same payment method used when placing the special order.
Why do I have to pay in full for an item that isn't already in stock?
Special ordering takes time additional time to process and generally comes with additional costs such as postage that we do not pass on to our customers. Pre-payment is a sign of goodwill that show you are willing to purchase the product when it has been purchased specifically for you.
Pre-Ordering removes a product we have already ordered from stock before anyone else has a chance to buy that size.
Can I cancel my pre-order or special order before it arrives?
Pre-orders & special orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed, however these items can be exchanged for an already stocked product if they are not suitable once they arrive in store.
Can I get a refund for a pre-order or special order?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds where a garment is pre-ordered or special ordered. We do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind/sizing or cancellations. We do, however offer exchanges.
What if my order is delayed?
Delivery dates are not guaranteed and delays may occur. These delays are out of our control. Weekends is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order or special order an item.
