Discounts can not be used for pre-order or special order products
Prices are as scanned in store or shown on the website. 
Exclusions may apply.
Discounts cannot be changed or applied retrospectively.
Only one discount code will apply to an order unless otherwise advertised.
No free shipping available during sale periods.

Discount Codes
Where a discount code has been activated for a sale, it must be applied at the time of purchase.
Codes will only work for items available as part of the sale they have been create for and are limited to the dates provided in the marketing for that sale.
Discounts can not be retrospectively applied.

Items Purchased Before A Sale
Items purchased in the days leading to a sale can not be returned in order to access the special pricing.
Discounts can not be retrospectively applied to items purchased prior to the sale beginning.

Online order of SALE products
Items will be refunded to credit voucher only
No exchanges
For individual items under $100 or with a discount of 50% or more, sales are final.  There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits.  Please choose carefully.

Online order of OUTLET products
Items sold in our online outlet are final. 
There are no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits.  Please choose carefully.

In-Store Sales

All in-store items purchased under a promotion are final.  There are no refunds, exchanges, returns or credits for these items.  Please choose carefully.

Cancellations

Any order cancellations made prior to shipping will incur an admin fee of 10% of the cost of transaction.  
The sale amount, less 10% admin fee, will be provided as a store credit valid for 3 months from the date of sale.

Agreement

By purchasing items on SALE or at our ONLINE OUTLET you agree to be bound by these terms. Your agreement does not limit your statutory rights.
